Nous le travaillons \u00e0 mains&nbsp;nues ou avec des armes sous la forme d&#8217;un encha\u00eenement&nbsp;codifi\u00e9&nbsp;(Taolu).La discipline est ouverte aux plus jeunes d\u00e8s 4 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Sanda\/Combat<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le Sanda, ou boxe chinoise, est un&nbsp;\u00e9change m\u00ealant pieds-poings, saisies, et projections, ce qui en fait un sport de combat vif et complet. Nous travaillons des techniques et encha\u00eenements vari\u00e9s en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Tai Ji Quan<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le Tai Ji Quan est non seulement une gymnastique chinoise douce o\u00f9 sont entretenus mobilit\u00e9, souplesse, et \u00e9quilibre, mais surtout un outil permettant \u00e0 chacun de faire circuler son \u00e9nergie&nbsp;vitale (Qi). Familiaris\u00e9s avec les formes du style Yang, nous proposons des cours de niveaux pour mieux accompagner les d\u00e9butants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Qi Gong<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le Qi Gong est une gymnastique traditionnelle chinoise qui consiste en une succession de postures o\u00f9 nous nous concentrons sur la respiration.
